Hi friends today i am writing a delicious spicy Indian side dish called Aloo Gobi i.e Potato and Cauliflower gravy. This is one of the commanly made north indian side dish which goes very well with indian bread ( rotis ) or plain rice. There are two ways to make this dish dry version and gravy version. I normally prefer my side dish with some gravy, so i am sharing a simple but very tasty recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 POTATOS ( ALOO)
- 1 CAULIFLOWER ( GOBI )
- 2 ONIONS NICELY CHOPPED
- 2 TOMATO NICELY CHOPPED
- I tspn EVEREST KITCHEN KING MASALA YOU CAN ALSO USE GARAM MASALA INSTEAD
- 1 tspn EVEREST SABJI MASALA THIS IS OPTIONAL
- 1 tspn KASOORI METHI ( DRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES )
- 1 tspn CUMIN POWDER
- 1 tspn CORRIANDER POWDRE
- PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER
- SALT TO TASTE
- CILANTRO FOR GARNISHING
METHOD:
1.Boil potato and cauliflower separately and cut the potato in small pieces keep them aside
2.Put oil in tawa and put jeera then onion let it cook nicely till it turns golden brown then add tomato and let it cook until tomato and onion get dissolved and makes a nice paste
3.Now add all the masalas and salt and cook for some time till gravy takes in all masala
4.Then add both potato and cauliflower in to it and mix well
5.Garnish it with cilantro
YOUR TASTY ALOO GOBI SABJI IS READY ENJOYYY

Pretty easy 🙂 I have done this, might have mixed up the steps here and there but the output (i.e taste) was great.
My go-to dish when I’m searching what to cook.
